Q: I would like to leave the driver some special instructions about my delivery, where    can I do this?

Q: WHERE do you deliver?

A: We currently deliver to all areas of Regina. Outside of the city, we deliver weekly to:  Lumsden/Regina Beach,  Cupar and Indian Head.  



Q: WHEN do you deliver?

Every Tuesday we delivery to White City, Pilot Butte, Balgonie, Indian Head and Regina Beach/Lumsden areA. Thursdays we deliver to our Regina customers and Cupar.

 ** In Regina, we have three delivery routes on Thursday (afternoon, late afternoon and evening).  When your particular delivery occurs depends on where you live in the city. **


Thurs Afternoon (East, South & Downtown Regina) Deliveries occur approximately between 12:30pm - 4:00pm

Thurs Evening (East, South & Downtown Regina)  Deliveries occur approximately between 5:30pm - 9:30pm

Thursday Late Afternoon deliveries occur approximately between 2:30pm - 6:30pm 



Q: How do you handle Apartment Buildings or condos?

A: We do deliver to apartment buildings and condos.

We do prefer to deliver to the first floor.  Ideally if there is a 24 hour desk/concierge we will leave the delivery with them.  (We do request that the customer make them aware that we will be making a delivery.)

If it is a secured building we may need a door code/call box number to enter the building.  If possible a cooler placed in a specific area would be helpful to leave your delivery.

We will definitely work with you to make the delivery go as smooth as possible.




Q: How often can I receive a delivery in a week?

A: At the moment, if you live in Regina, Indian Head, Cupar,  White City and area, we would be able to deliver to you once per week.  In other areas, we have specific drop off locations which we deliver to bi-weekly.  Please email for more information.




Q: What if I am not home on my delivery day?

A: Not a problem!  A few of our customers are not able to be home, so we suggest that either a cooler, large enough for your delivery, be placed in a specific area for your driver to leave your delivery in or to arrange to have your bin dropped off at a neighbours.  



Q: What if I go on vacation or need to stop an order?

A: If you need to stop an order for any reason, we just ask that you click on the "Skip Order" tab. Enter the date you will be leaving and the date you will return. Click "Save."

If for any reason it is after your cut off, (family emergency, etc.)  Please email us,  or contact us by phone and we will do our best to stop the delivery for you. (306-352-3835)




Q: Can I pick my delivery on a specific day and/or time?

A: We work hard to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum and to make our delivery routes as efficient as possible.  So we currently do not offer the option of picking your delivery any day or time.




Q: Do you deliver to other places besides homes?

A: Yes, we deliver to apartment buildings, condos, and even your place of business.
